In certain cases after you invite a patient they may accidentally delete or lose the email invitation. Not to worry, you can resend them an invite following the instructions below:
- Visit that patient's profile and click the profile picture icon.
- A popup will appear displaying the patient's basic information. Click the Re-invite Patient button in the bottom left corner.
*Note: If a patient`s status in the bottom left corner is active, the patient has accepted the invite. If they are experiencing issues with accessing their account, they can simply reset their password on the MoleScope App.
- You will be prompted to confirm your follow up invitation. Click Yes.
