Once you have invited your colleague to your virtual practice, you have the option of setting a temporary password for the first time they log in. To learn how to create a temporary password follow the instructions below:
- Click on your profile in the top right corner and select the Enterprise option from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down and select the clinic that the new clinic member is under.
- Click the Members button from the left menu. Once they have accepted the invitation (Joined), you can create a temporary password by clicking Set Temporary Password. Once your colleagues logs in with the password, they will be prompted to update their password for security purposes.
