How Can I Reschedule Appointments in DermEngine?

 

  1. Go to the Patients tab in the top menu bar, and select Appointments from the drop-down list. 


  2. Select the appointment time you would like to reschedule by clicking on it. 
  3. Next, select the Edit button.
  4. Next, select the Reschedule button. You also have the option to Cancel the appointment. 
  5.  A new pop - up window will appear with available slots to reschedule the appointment. Select the new time from the calendar. You also have the option to select a different the provider if needed. When ready to proceed, select the Reschedule button.

    *Please note that in order to be able to reschedule an appointment, the provider needs to have available appointment time slots added to their calendar. To learn how to add appointment time slots click here.
  6. Appointment has been rescheduled successfully. Please note that the patient will be notified of this change only if the "Send notifications to the patient” option was chosen during the original appointment booking.
