As a cloud-based software, some of DermEngine's features (such as with having your patients sign consent forms and capturing dermoscopy images for associated total body images) require you to receive a push notification on your mobile device. If you aren't receiving a notification (and have checked to ensure you are logged into the same account on your web browser and app), you will likely need to adjust your mobile device's notification settings. To adjust your settings follow the instructions below:
- From your mobile device's Settings, tap the Notifications button.
- Scroll until you find the DermEngine app listed, and select it.
- Ensure that the Notifications permission is turned to On. Once complete, log in and out of your DermEngine account and try again. If you are still experiencing difficulties don't hesitate to contact us at support@metaoptima.com .
