How Can I Sync Only Over WiFi?

By default, the DermEngine mobile app will use your cellular data to sync and upload images if your device is not connected to WiFi. To prevent the DermEngine app from using any data, adjust the main settings on your phone.

1. Go to "Settings"
   
2. Select "DermEngine" from the list of applications
   
3. Turn off the "Cellular Data" function
   

Android

By default, the DermEngine mobile app will use your cellular data to sync and upload images if your device is not connected to WiFi. To prevent the DermEngine app from using any data, adjust the main settings on your phone; however, Android users are only able to turn off cellular data for all applications.

1. Swipe down from your home page and select "Settings"
   
2. Select "Data Usage" from the Quick Settings list
   
3. Turn off the "Mobile Data" function
       - This action will restrict all mobile data from your smartphone
