      How Do I Access My Report Records?

      Once you have submitted a case for professional review, you will have the ability to access the feedback provided for that spot directly within your MoleScope account. To access your records for a spot that has received feedback follow the directions below:

      1. Click the My Records button in the top menu bar.  Alternatively, if you just received this feedback it will be at the top of your Inbox at the bottom of the screen for you to click.

      2. Here, you will have an overview of your personal profile. Select which mole you would like to view the records of by clicking from the spot list on the left side. If you accessed your profile from your Inbox you will already be on the correct spot.

        If you have a lot of spots, it may be easier to sort the list by body part or to click the spots location on the 3D Body Map.

      3. To view your report you may either click the consultation under the recent activities chart. If it is not visible, click the Timeline button in the top left corner.

      4. If you clicked the Timeline option, simply locate your report using the search features along the top and click the details button.

      5. Here, you will be able to view the report including your images, date, information pertaining to the mole, and any notes or feedback. If you would like, you can print or save the report as a PDF by clicking the respective buttons at the bottom of the document

      1. Swipe right in the MoleScope app to reveal the Main Menu, then tap the Notifications option.

      2. Select which spot you would like to view the feedback of.

      3. Once selected, you will be able to view the full record and feedback for that spot.

      1. Click the Mole Box option from the main menu.

      2. Select which mole you would like to view the records of.

      3. If feedback has been given by a medical professional, a View Report button will be visible.

      4. Once selected, you will be able to view the full record and feedback for that spot.
