      How Do I Archive All Patients?

      iOS

      Within the DermEngine app you have the option to archive all patients added until now. This is useful to free up space, and these patients will still be accessible using the "Search" feature on the patients page in the app and web platform. To learn how to archive a single patient, click here. To archive all of your patients, follow the steps below:

      1. Tap the Settings option in the side menu.


      2. Tap "Archive Now".

      3. Confirm that you wish to archive all of your patients. This cannot be undone.

      Android

      5. Tap "Always Keep Me Logged In".

      6. Here, you are able to select whether you would like to always be logged in, logged in for the day, or always be required to log in with your credentials.
