How do I fix the error "Account disabled" on DermSync (BP Users)?

If you are a BP user getting the error "Account disabled" try the following:

  • Open up Best Practice. From the menu bar at the top, select "Setup", then select "Configuration".

  • From the left side menu, select "Database". Click on the button "Database browser" to set the password.  Input the same existing password in the fields for "Current password" and "New password"
