How Do I Print A Diagnosis Report Or Create A PDF?
- To view a patient's report, click the Patient List in the top menu bar then select which patient you would like to view.
- Select the
button, located on the right side of the Diagnosis line on the spot timeline.
* If the PDF button is not visible, you can click on Timeline green button. Once you have located the diagnosis you wish to view in the Timeline, click Open Details to view the report. - A new tab will open showing a summary of your report. To print the report, click the Print button, and to download as a PDF click the Download button.
- If the spot is not a mole, the report won't show skin cancer-related information like; Melanoma Skin Cancer History, Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer History, Family Skin Cancer History and Skin Type.
