How Do I Remove A Patient From A Clinical Study?

1. Click the patients button in the top menu bar and select Clinical Studies from the drop-down menu.
   
2. Click Remove for the desired patient.
   
3. A prompt will appear confirming that you wish to have this subject removed from the study. Comment the reason for the subject’s removal from study, then click yes.
