How Do I Submit A Teleconsult?

If this feature is available in your region, you have the ability to send high-quality images of your spots to your doctor for feedback. 

1. To start, just tap on the green button Start Tele-consult.
   
2. Place the spot on the 3D body map. If the spot is not correct, tap it again on the correct spot.
   
3.  Tap Next.
   
4. Attach your dermatoscope to your phone. 
   To provide a good-quality image, please follow these imaging tips and tap 'Got it'.
   
   Imaging tips:
   - Take an Image in a well-lit area;
   - Clean your mobile device's lens;
   - Tap on the mobile screen to focus the image;
   - Hold the phone still while the image is being captured;
   
   
5. Take the dermoscopic images by tapping on the camera button. Alternatively, you can 
   Upload the image from the library.
   
   
6. Remove the Dermatoscope and take the overview image by tapping on the camera button.
   If you prefer to use the front camera, tap on to switch the camera.  If you need better lighting, tap on  to activate the flashlight.
   
7. Tap Continue Submission.
   
8. Select the provider that you would like to submit the case then tap Next.
   
9. Review the information and tap Submit.
   
10. You will receive a notification informing you that the case was successfully submitted.
    In case you want to submit another case, tap Yes. If you are done, tap No. 
    
    You will receive a notification via email and within the MoleScope app.  Wait times differ between specialists, but can be expected within approximately 2-14 days.
