How Do I Upload My Medical License?

Prior to providing your teleconsultation services you must first upload a valid medical license to be verified. To get started with this process follow the instructions below:

1. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner, and select Account from the drop-down menu.
   
2. Click on the Teledermatology settings button on the left sidebar, scroll down until the end of the page and select 'View Telederm Settings here".
   
3. Click the Upload button in the middle of the screen.
   
4. Upload an image of your medical license from your computer. 
   
5. Once uploaded, you will receive a notification that your medical license is being reviewed. 
   
6. Once approved, you will receive an email stating that your license has been verified, and you can begin providing your teledermatology services.
