How to force sync your images from the mobile to the web?

The 'Force Sync' feature allows you to manually initiate a synchronization process for missing overview and dermoscopic images, ensuring that all intended photos are correctly uploaded and accessible within the system.

Synchronization will work with the following workflows:

1. TBP Mapping

2. Adding a dermoscopic image or overview to a spot

3. SmartSnap workflow

Preconditions:

1. The same patient is open on the mobile app (phone) and the DermEngine webpage (computer).

2. The user is logged in under the same enterprise and clinic on the mobile app (phone) and the DermEngine webpage (computer).

 

  1. Tap the image that needs to be synced.


  2. To trigger the 'Force Sync' action, tap the center of the image (long press) to prompt the confirmation popup. Tap "Yes". 



  3. You will receive a notification that the syncing was successful.
