How Do I Delete An Image?

Within a patient's profile you have the option of deleting their clinical or overview images (to learn how to delete a total body photography image click here) by following the instructions below:

*Note that sharing a patient with another doctor allows them to have full permission of the patient including deleting any images.  An image cannot be deleted if it has a documented diagnosis or if  there is a pending referral. 

  1. Click the Patients button from the top menu bar then select the patient whose image you wish to delete.

  2. Select a spot from the Spot List or by clicking its location on the 3D Body Map or selecting the spot from the Spot List.

  3. Hover over the image you wish to delete and click the  icon.

  4.  Click Delete.

  5. Select yes to complete the deletion process.

  6. Once an image is deleted its status will appear on the Actions Menu along with the name of the provider who deleted the image.

  3. Select the spot you wish to view.
  4. Select the image you would like to delete.
  5. Tap the trash_can.PNG icon.
  6. Tap Delete Image. (If you have multiple images assigned to that spot you have the option of deleting the single selected image or all images for that spot).
