Within a patient's profile you have the option of deleting their clinical or overview images (to learn how to delete a total body photography image click here) by following the instructions below:
*Note that sharing a patient with another doctor allows them to have full permission of the patient including deleting any images. An image cannot be deleted if it has a documented diagnosis or if there is a pending referral.
- Click the Patients button from the top menu bar then select the patient whose image you wish to delete.
- Select a spot from the Spot List or by clicking its location on the 3D Body Map or selecting the spot from the Spot List.
- Hover over the image you wish to delete and click the
icon.
- Click Delete.
- Select yes to complete the deletion process.
- Once an image is deleted its status will appear on the Actions Menu along with the name of the provider who deleted the image.

- Select the spot you wish to view.
- Select the image you would like to delete.
- Tap the

- Tap Delete Image. (If you have multiple images assigned to that spot you have the option of deleting the single selected image or all images for that spot).
