If you would like to provide your services to those who are not your patients, simply activate the external patients function. In this case, when patients attempt to submit cases, your name will appear among other physicians on the list to be selected for teleconsult services.
- Log into your DermEngine account and click your name in the top right-hand corner, and click Account from the drop down menu.
- Click on the Teledermatology settings button on the left sidebar, scroll down until the end of the page and select 'View Telederm Settings here".
- Turn on the External Patients slider. (Note that in order for this option to be available, you first must turn on the Clinic Patients option and have your medical license reviewed.)
