How Do I Set Up Payments on my Appointment Booking Page?

Within DermEngine, you can collect payments from patients who have booked consultations via the appointments booking page. To set up payments in DermEngine, follow the instructions below.  

1. Select your profile from the top menu bar and click the Manage Clinic button from the drop-down menu.
   
2. Click the Appointments button from the left menu, then select the Settings option.
   
3. To add clinic-specific appointment types, select the Customize option.
   
4. Set your appointment types and booking fees. 
   
5. To ensure fee processing, make sure you update the banking information of your clinic account.  To learn how to do so, click here or choose the Here option at the bottom of the Settings page. 
   
   
   
6. From the patient's perspective, when they select an appointment through the Patient's Booking Page, they can select the appointment type with the corresponding fee will populate.
   
7.  Once a date and time is selected, the patient is then prompted to either create an account or log in as an existing user where they are then prompted to enter there credit card details.
