How Do I Only Show Patients' Initials For Privacy Purposes?

  1. Select Patients List option from the top menu bar.

  2. Select the slider for showing patients' initials or full name. Patient profile images will not be shown and names will be reduced to initials for privacy purposes.

  1. Scroll to the top until you see the navigation bar.
  2. Select the Account tab.
  3. Select Display Patient’s Initials.

  4. Go back to Patient List. It should only show initials.
