How do I set a Reply-to email address for patient emails?
This article explains how the Reply-To email address works for automatic emails sent to patients from MoleScope and SkinApp. The feature ensures that when a patient replies to an automatic no-reply email, their response is directed to the correct clinic or enterprise where they receive service.
For Clinics
- Under the dropdown menu, select 'Manage Clinic'.
- On the left-hand side, click 'Update Information'.
- Enter a 'contact email' as the designated Reply-to address for patient correspondences.
For Enterprises
- Under the dropdown menu, select 'Manage Enterprise'.
- On the left-hand side, select 'Update Information'.
- Enter in a 'contact email' to set as the designated Reply-to address for patient correspondences.
