Does MoleScope II Offer Contact Or Non-Contact Imaging?
The MoleScope II includes interchangeable contact and non-contact imaging caps for your convenience.
- The contact cap has a glass contact plate that is directly placed on the skin. This allows for more accurate and higher quality imaging capabilities, and is recommended for most imaging cases.
- The non-contact cap does not have a contact lens, which allows for imaging of lesions that are open wounds, certain raised moles, or cases where contact imaging is not feasible.
