How Do I Request Access To A Patient's File?

You are able to request access to a patient’s file through their email address. If the patient has an active account, your request will be sent directly to them. If they have an inactive account, it will be routed to their doctor.  To request access to a patient file:

  1. Click your profile on the top right corner and select Account from the drop down menu.

  2. Click Request to Access Patient from the menu. Select whether you are requesting access from the patient or provider, then type the email of the patient that you wish to request access for, and click the Request Access button.

*If the patient has an active account, they will receive the email directly. For accounts for which there is no email address on the patient profile, you will need to ask the doctor to share the patient file with you. To read more about Patient Sharing, click here
