How do I upload documents to a patient's profile?
This feature allows you to upload documents to a patient's profile, keeping all their relevant records in one place. To learn how to access or upload documents to the patient's profile, continue reading this article.
- Go to your patient list.

- Open your patient's profile by selecting the
icon and clicking 'edit profile'. 
- On your patient's profile, select 'Documents' on the top bar.
- Alternatively, if you are already on your patient's profile, click the 'Full Patient Profile' button to edit their profile. Once there, select 'Documents' in the top right corner.

- Select 'add document'.

- Here, you can add the file type, and description, then upload your document file. When ready, click save.
- You may upload ten or less files per document record.
- Each file size may only be 50 Mb or less.
- 'File Type' is a dynamically extended list- you can select an existing one or create a new one by typing a file type name.

- Once you have successfully uploaded a document to your patient's profile, you can view them all when they are uploaded in the 'Documents' tab.

You can edit and delete the uploaded document records as well.
