How to enable 'view only' on MoleScope/SkinApp for your patients
You may want to restrict patients from modifying their profile information on the MoleScope app or SkinApp. In this case, you want to enable the 'view only' mode. When this setting is enabled, patients of all clinics under the enterprise are not allowed to edit their information.
- Under your account, click 'Manage Enterprise'.
- On the left-hand side, click 'Access Permissions'.
- Under User Restrictions, find 'Restrict Patient Profile Edits' and toggle it on.
- Now, your patient will be unable to edit their profiles.
