How do I set a Reply-to email address for patient emails?

This article explains how the Reply-To email address works for automatic emails sent to patients from MoleScope and SkinApp. The feature ensures that when a patient replies to an automatic no-reply email, their response is directed to the correct clinic or enterprise where they receive service.

For Clinics

  1. Under the dropdown menu, select 'Manage Clinic'. 
  2. On the left-hand side, click 'Update Information'. 
  3. Enter a 'contact email' as the designated Reply-to address for patient correspondences. 

For Enterprises

  1. Under the dropdown menu, select 'Manage Enterprise'.
