How Do I Change My Patient's Permissions? (Enterprise)

You are able to tailor DermEngine's patient permissions settings to fit each clinic's unique communication needs. This includes Clinical Dx, Clinical Dx Notes, Referrals, Pathology Requests, Pathology Results, Procedures, and all Notes. To alter what a clinic's patients have permission to see follow the instructions below.

  1. Click your profile in the top right corner and select Enterprise from the drop-down menu.

  2. Scroll down and click on the name of the clinic whose patient access settings you wish to update.

  3. Select the Patient Access Settings option on the left side. Here, you will be able to alter what your patients have permission to see by checking or un-checking the respective boxes. When you have made your desired changes, select Save at the bottom.

    *Note that all new accounts are automatically set so that patients may only have access to their images.
