How Do I Print A Timeline Report with Annotations?

The Patient Timeline feature is useful for viewing all the actions performed on your patient in a single location. Annotations can be useful for marking images when needed, such as highlighting specific areas of concern, planning procedures, tracking progress over time, and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues. To learn how to print timeline reports with annotations, follow this article. 

  1. Select the Patient List from the top menu bar.
  2. Choose the timeline of the patient you wish to view.

    1. If you are already on the patient’s profile, click the Timeline button in the top right corner.

  3. Here, you can view the data relating to that patient.  You can filter the information you see by Patient, Spots, Action, Visit Date, or Provider. When you first visit the page, it will automatically be set to your current patient, with filters set to the All option.

  4. To print your patient’s data, click the Print Report button on the right side. Alternatively, you can copy your patient’s Timeline to your clipboard.

  5. The Print Report form allows you to select the criteria you would like displayed in the report. You can print the images with annotations. To do so, select the Annotations criteria from the list. When ready, click Print. 
  6. From here, you can print the report or download it as a PDF by selecting the options at the top left corner.
