How Do I Set A Temporary Password For A New Clinic Member? (Enterprise)

Once you have invited your colleague to your virtual practice, you have the option of setting a temporary password for the first time they log in. To learn how to create a temporary password follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on your profile in the top right corner and select the Enterprise option from the drop-down menu.

  2. Scroll down and select the clinic that the new clinic member is under.

  3. Click the Members button from the left menu. Once they have accepted the invitation (Joined), you can create a temporary password by clicking Set Temporary Password. Once your colleagues logs in with the password, they will be prompted to update their password for security purposes.
