How Do I Turn My Status To Out-Of-Office For Teledermatology?
DermEngine allows you to temporarily suspend teledermatology services to your patients if you are unable to accept new cases. To learn how to turn on this feature, follow the instructions below.
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner and select Account from the drop-down menu.
- Click the "Clinic Patients" toggle to turn it OFF. This will prevent your existing patients from sending new cases.
Note that to suspend services to external patients and other providers, you will need to turn OFF the "External Patients" and "Referral from Physicians" toggle.
