How to Enable the Booking Page on my DermEngine Account (Enterprise)?

By following the steps below, you can enable the booking appointment link on your DermEngine account, allowing your patients or clients to conveniently schedule appointments with you.

  1. Click your profile in the top right corner and select Manage Enterprise.
  2. Select the Appointment option, then click Settings. 


  3. Toggle ON the Activate Appointments options, then click SAVE.


As an enterprise owner, you also have the ability to: 

1. Allow All Members to Manage Clinic Appointments: when enabled, all clinic members can book, edit or cancel appointments on behalf of other clinic members;

2. Automatically Manage Time Slots Across Clinics: when enabled, it automatically prevents creating same time slots for the same provider across different clinics;

3. Restrict Cancellations: When enabled you are able to specify how long before the appointment patients can cancel;

4. Hide Cancelled Appointments: When enabled cancelled appointments will not be shown on the calendar view;

5. Fix Appointment Details: When enabled users will not be able to modify appointment duration and buffer when creating time slots. Individual appointments can still be modified by the user;

6. Restrict Booking To Patients: When enabled, appointment booking can only be done by patients, and providers cannot book for patients.
