After you have provided a diagnosis to a patient, you are able to generate a report. To learn how to provide a diagnosis, click here.
- Click the Patients button in the top menu bar, and then select the patient you wish to generate a report for.
- Select which spot you would like to view a diagnosis report from the Spot List. If diagnosed recently, it will be visible in the Recent Actions table.
- If your diagnosis report is not located in the Recent Actions Table, then click the Patients Timeline.
- Here, you can locate a patient's diagnosis report based on the Spot, Action, Visit Date, or Provider. Click details to expand.
- A report will appear with the Patient's Details, History, Clinic Observations, Data, Diagnosis, comments, and images. You have the option of Printing or creating a PDF of the document by selecting the respective buttons at the bottom of the document.
iOS
- Select the Patients List.
- Select a Patient.
- Select the spot you wish to evaluate which has been previously diagnosed within DermEngine.
- Select the View Report image under the spot you wish to view the report of.
- Underneath the image tap the previous diagnosis you would like to view.
- A report will appear providing information such as the patient name, mole, images, visit info, notes and diagnosis.
Android
- Select the Patients List.
- Select a Patient.
- Select the spot you wish to evaluate which has been previously diagnosed within DermEngine.
- Select the View Report image under the spot you wish to view the report of.
- Underneath the image tap the previous diagnosis you would like to view.
- A report will appear providing information such as the patient name, mole, images, visit info, notes and diagnosis.
