How Do I Update My Expired Access Key?

When logging into DermSync, you may receive an error stating that your access key is expired. Follow the steps below to receive an updated key:

  1. Log into DermEngine and click your profile in the top right corner, then Account from the drop-down menu.

  2. Select DermSync Key from the side menu and click Create New Token.

  3. A popup will appear prompting you to enter your password. Click Authenticate.

  4. A new access key will appear in the Authentication Token for you to copy and paste into DermSync.
