- Click the Patients List from the top menu bar, then select which patient you would like to provide a consultation for.
- Click the +Clinical Diagnosis button.
- Select whether you would like your diagnosis to be In-Office or via Teleconsultation in the top two tabs.
- Click on the Diagnosis box, and start to type a diagnosis. A drop-down list of possible cases will appear that you have the option of choosing from.
- If you do not see an option that fits your consultation, you have the ability to type your own. To complete your diagnosis, add any Notes you have and select submit. To learn more about how to provide a clinical diagnosis, click here.
iOS
- Choose the Patients option from the side menu.
- Select the profile of the patient that you would like to provide a diagnosis for.
- Select the mole that you would like to diagnose, and press the Diagnosis button in the bottom bar.
- On the mole history page, tap the Add Diagnosis button.
- After you have chosen your Visit Type (Tele-Consult, In Office, or Pathology), select the Primary Diagnosis button under the Diagnosis section of the page.
- As you begin typing your diagnosis, a drop-down list of possibilities will appear. If you do not see an option that fits your consultation, you have the ability to finish typing your own.
Android
