How Do I Download my Telederm Inbox cases?
The Telederm Inbox is useful for viewing all of your teledermatology cases, diagnoses, and statuses in a centralized location. To learn how to navigate your Telderm Inbox, click here.
The following instructions will show you how to download your telederm cases in a CSV file format.
- Click the Telederm Inbox button in the top menu bar.
- Select the Current Status desired and the
icon on the right hand side and click on Download CSV file.
- Select Send CSV file and it will be emailed to the listed email address.
