The Patient Timeline feature is useful for viewing any actions you have performed on your patient for organization and tracking purposes, such as diagnoses dates, when images were added, as well as viewing reports. To learn how to print or download a patient's timeline report, follow the instructions below.
- Click Patients on the top bar, then select the 'Patient List'.
- On the patient that you wish to view, select 'See Timeline' from theicon.
- If you are already on the patient’s profile, select the Timeline button in the top right corner. You will see a preview of their most recent details in the Spot Timeline.

- Here, you can view all the data relating to your patient. Filter the information by Patient, Spots, Action, Visit Date, and User. When you first visit the page, it will be set to your current patient with each filter set to 'All'. If filtering by Spots, only the associated Total Body Images will be included in the report.
- To print your patient’s data, click the Print Report button on the right side. You can also copy your patient’s Timeline to your clipboard.
- Filter which criteria to display in the report. When you are ready to print the report, click Print. To learn about including cover letters/referral letters, please refer to this FAQ.
- You can print timeline reports with annotations- this FAQ goes over how.
- If the report includes more than 50 spots, it will be uploaded to the Patient's Documents.
- From here, you can save the report as a PDF, download it, or share it with your patients or colleagues. To learn about sharing PDF reports by email, please refer to this FAQ.
