How Do I Activate/Edit My Teledermatology Services In A Region?

This feature enables you to easily set the regions you will accept teleconsultations. Please make sure your medical license is eligible in the specified countries and states/provinces.

  1. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner, and select Account from the drop down menu.

  2. Click Teledermatology in the left sidebar and select Settings from the drop-down menu. Then, click the Add Region button. (In order to select your region, you must first have your medical license approved. Additionally, please ensure that the "External Patients" and "Clinic Patients" options are switched to the On position under the Availability section.)

  3. Select if this region is for patients, physicians, or both. Choose your country and province that you want to add from the drop-down menu, then select Update.

  4. Your regions can be updated at any time by selecting the 360007249934 icon next to that particular region setting.
