You can easily track and manage the injections and have a summary of the total dosage and number of injections used per product on Patient Gallery Images.
- From the patient spot page, select 'Gallery'. To learn more about using the Gallery for efficient image management, you can read this article.
- The images taken within the gallery feature in the DE app will be shown here. You can also use the 'Upload Image' feature if needed. To learn more about uploading images, you can see this FAQ.
*Note: injection points are only available for total body photography images in the Gallery. - When your images are uploaded, enter in Full Size mode.
*If you have multiple images uploaded, you can compare them side-by-side by dragging and dropping them into view. - Once in full-size mode, access the injection tool.
- The injection tool allows you to document the injection type, dosage, unit of measurement, and select color coding for your different injection types. You can adjust the dosage and the system will save the last used amount.
- Click anywhere to apply the injection point and document the treatment for your client.
- Adjust the size by dragging the corners of the injection point.
- When you adjust the size, the system will remember the change and apply it automatically to the subsequent injection points.
- Deselect the injection tool and drag your cursor to select all the injection points. You can copy, resize, or erase them in bulk. You can also move the injection points all at once.
- Rotate the injection point using the tip to provide a specific view. The system will remember the rotation angle for the next injection points.
- The left-hand sidebar will present a summary of the total dosages and number of injections used per product. You can copy and use these in your Visit Notes and Reports.
- When printing a Timeline Report, the injections and images can be added by highlighting 'Gallery Image Section' and 'Annotations' in your selection.
