1. Generic Templates can be used when writing your notes for a Clinical Diagnosis, Pathology Request, Close Visit Notes, Pathology Diagnosis, Spot Notes, Telederm Dashboard Notes, Pathology Inbox (E-mail and SMS Notification) and Telederm Inbox(E-mail and SMS Notification).
   
2. Click the template you would like to use; the notes field will be automatically completed with your pre-made template.
